Dissemination of research results for academics and practitioners is an important series of outputs of research activities. The dissemination of these results can be done either through national or international seminars or conferences. Through these seminars and conferences, researchers and community service implementers are expected to exchange information so that they will enrich their knowledge and broaden their point of view in scientific thinking. International conferences can also be a means to establish cooperation between researchers and practitioners in the same field. Participation of researchers in international seminars scientific publications can also open up opportunities for scientific publications in reputable journals.
The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has more or less affected the implementation of seminars and conferences, for this reason, it is necessary to have a solution to facilitate the dissemination of research results. One form of full support from the Postgraduate of Technology and Vocational Education, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang, to researchers and activity implementers is to facilitate the implementation of international conference activity as a venue for dissemination of research results.
The 4th International Conference on Engineering and Environment (ICEE) is an annual academic event provided by Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), in Indonesia. The conference becomes a wonderful forum for researchers, scientists, and academicians to present and share their latest research work and result in engineering and environmental sciences field. The forum allows the amazing people to discuss their most recent, creative, innovative, and cutting edge work with many colleagues.
In this year, the ICEE 2021 will be held at November 8th, 2021 with the concept of Webinar. There are five amazing keynote speakers presenting their work along the webinar i.e. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zarlis, M.Sc., Prof. Junji Kiyono., Assc.Prof.Hendra Hermawan, Ph.D., Assc.Prof. Muneyoshi Numada, Ph.D., Assc.Prof.Ezri Hayat, ST, MENGSC, Ph.D.,Dr. Eng. Prima Yane Putri, ST, MT., Wawan Purwanto, ST., MT., Ph.D., Therefore, most Prospective authors are invited to submit their own original research papers to the event. The theme of this edition of ICEE is The Role of Engineering and Enviromental science in Industry during Pandemic Era.

All accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Geomate indexed by Scopus, ISI, Thomson Reuters, Ebsco, currently has impact factor by SJR and Q3 of journal quality or will be published as a chapter of indexed scientific book . Additional cost for journal publication or book chapter will be covered by Authors.
