4^TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONTMENT (ICEE) – (VIRTUAL CONFERENCE)

Dissemination of research results for academics and practitioners is an important series of outputs of research activities. The dissemination of these results can be done either through national or international seminars or conferences. Through these seminars and conferences, researchers and community service implementers are expected to exchange information so that they will enrich their knowledge and broaden their point of view in scientific thinking. International conferences can also be a means to establish cooperation between researchers and practitioners in the same field. Participation of researchers in international seminars scientific publications can also open up opportunities for scientific publications in reputable journals.

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has more or less affected the implementation of seminars and conferences, for this reason, it is necessary to have a solution to facilitate the dissemination of research results. One form of full support from the Postgraduate of Technology and Vocational Education, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang, to researchers and activity implementers is to facilitate the implementation of international conference activity as a venue for dissemination of research results. This activity is entitled “8th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (ICTVET) AND 4thINTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ENGEENERING ENVIRONMENT (ICEE)”. This activity, although carried out online, is expected to be a means of developing the scientific capacity of Indonesian and international academics.
